Bertrand Araud deals with tax aspects of M&A and private equity operations. Bertrand advises on the structuring and completion of LBO operations and advises companies, corporate officers and founders in managing their tax issues.
Prior to founding Lawderis Avocats, Bertrand worked at Arthur Andersen/EY (2001-2004), De Pardieu Brocas Mafféi (2005-2010), STC Partners (Sarrau Thomas Couderc) as partner (2010-2018) and EY Avocats as Associate Partner (2019-2021).

Aurore SAUVIAT is also a DPO (data privacy officer) certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Aurore provides advice to its clients for the legal structuring of their innovative projects, the drafting of their contracts and also in the event of legal disputes or office disputes. Before joining Lawderis Avocats, Aurore practiced at the firms STC Partners, BCTG, Simmons & Simmons and then created her own firm (2021-2024).
